How it works - 3 steps

1. Book & Pay - Choose time, pay via Gcash. P499-P899

2. Video Exam - 15 minute Zoom with ortho MD. Email X-ray, MRI results, ID will be checked during the exam

3. Get certificate - PDF with e-signature sent to email in 1 hour if approved

Important: Issuance depends on physician assessment per PRC ethics. We are not a "certificate shop."

Quick Cert 1-3 days - P499 - acute back pain, mild sprain, no imaging

Extended Cert 4-7 days - P899 - with X-ray/MRI send, post-op follow-ups

Fit-to-work clearance - P699 - post fracture, post-ACL, seafarer DMW reqs
